Worka gives mobile workers, remote workers, freelancers and startups a flexible way to find and book workspace. From coworking and private offices to meeting rooms, Worka needed to make 3,300 potential workspaces feel easy to discover, explore and book – especially for people on the move.
We were involved with Worka from its earliest stages, playing an active role in naming the brand as well as developing a clear proposition, tone of voice, and visual identity. With a structured process, we then developed a detailed specification that covered everything from registration to searching workspaces and checking availability in real-time. This kept functionality at the forefront of every decision as we designed concepts through to master set of screens with clear, structured user journeys.
The new Worka app makes finding the right workspace easier – not just by bringing everything together in one place, but through considered, elegant design. Whether people are searching for space, comparing their options, or managing their accounts, it’s all available in just a few taps.
