One of the world’s largest employers, Sodexo manages a global workforce and is always looking for ways to improve information sharing across roles and regions. soforce is Sodexo’s tailored Salesforce platform with the potential to improve how the business operates, streamline processes, and increase visibility worldwide. But only if it’s widely adopted and consistently used.
The key to change management and effective internal comms is focusing on people – their workloads, their daily routines and the challenges they face on the ground. We drew from audience surveys to develop, write and produce targeted comms for sales and operations teams. Across benefit-driven digital leaflets and upbeat video content, we highlighted key features, showcased new training, and answered the most important question of all: what’s in it for me?
Localised in both English and French, the soforce digital leaflets and explainer videos created a compelling story, introducing the platform and its practical impact on people worldwide.
